egyptian azhar scholars recommended to basically not fast this ramadan, and redo the missed days after this apocalypse... dry mouth and lower immune system lowers your bodies defense against the virus, making you prone to spread the virus to people that are possibly not as young and resistant as you are....

what i think this ramadan should be the most about is that we donate what we can to the ones who cannot afford food, because they cannot work during this lockdown.

meat is also very perishable, so stocking up meat during a lockdown is not really recommended... i have lots of canned beans, canned vegetables, pasta and rice so i dont need to go out that much....
