i guess americans that want to get free education should go to germany for free education (free education is in most of europe but germany offers it to non EU), and then apply to jobs afterwards, because the new immigration law coming january that allows anyone who gets a job contract to get a work visa. let americans who want education stay in germany so europe can brain drain the skilled workers from USA. good idea.
