I once again managed to find a Green Fly behind my house. This fly has a very unique appearance. It has an elongated body with a pair of large, dark reddish-black compound eyes, and its two wings are transparent with a slight dark tint. This fly moves very quickly, just like most other types of flies in general. However, this particular fly is not too skittish, making it easier for me to approach. It was resting calmly on a wild leaf, and I had no intention of disturbing it. I even walked quite slowly so as not to make it feel threatened or disturbed, allowing me to photograph its beauty with ease.

With the help of my macro lens, I managed to get some very satisfying results. Every detail of this fly can be seen quite clearly in the pictures I am going to share here.

What makes this fly interesting is its metallic green color on the upper part of its body, which makes it look shiny under the sunlight.
Alright my friends, now I am going to share some pictures of this Metallic Green Fly here.
