This particular insect is truly remarkable; at first glance, its shape, color, and size make it look just like a moth, but it is actually a type of flat planthopper. Distinguishing it from a moth is difficult without a close-up view; one key difference is that this insect lacks antennae on its head. It is a unique and incredibly cute insect that isn't particularly skittish, making it easy to approach. It often spends the entire day resting on trees and only becomes active at night. You can easily find them perched on wild plants or trees, such as mango trees. Unfortunately, however, the insect is tiny, making it very difficult to photograph well with just a mobile phone camera; capturing its true beauty really requires a macro lens. I managed to get some excellent shots where every detail is clearly visible, and the most fascinating feature is its unique coloration. Generally, it is greenish-white with a red line at the wingtips—though, once again, this beauty is best appreciated up close.
