There was a dragonfly that kept me company while I was cleaning and taking care of the ornamental plants in front of my house. This particular dragonfly perched on a bougainvillea flower and looked very striking because its colors were different from those of the surrounding leaves. At first, I had no plans to photograph it because I was quite busy with my main task at the time. However, after I had finished all my work, the dragonfly was still perched there. That was when I thought about trying to approach it and capture its beauty using my phone camera.

When I looked at the results, I was amazed by the beauty of this dragonfly. It also has two reddish-brown compound eyes, while the lower part of its body and its face are dominated by a combination of bright yellow and greenish-gray colors. There are also very contrasting geometric stripe patterns, combined with golden-yellow colors on its abdomen. And that is the unique feature of this particular dragonfly, whose beauty becomes even more noticeable when we observe it from a close distance.

Okay friends, now I will share some pictures of this dragonfly here.
