There are so many benefits and purposes of the ornamental plants and flowers growing in front of my house. The colorful flowers create a beautiful view and add an aesthetic touch to the surroundings. Besides being pleasing to the eyes, flowers are also an important source of food for many pollinating insects, such as bees and butterflies. Here are some pictures that I would like to share in this post.

This butterfly was resting on one of the bougainvillea flowers in front of my house. It was most likely feeding on nectar, as it kept moving from one flower to another. This butterfly has quite an attractive appearance, with a dark brownish-black color and white patterns on the underside of its wings.

I tried my best to capture the beauty of this butterfly, but I could only photograph it from a distance. I also tried to take some pictures using my macro lens, but unfortunately, I couldn't get close enough because this butterfly was extremely sensitive to even the slightest movement. Getting too close would immediately cause it to fly away from me.

Okay friends, now I will share some pictures of this butterfly here.
