While I was behind my house, suddenly an insect jumped from the grass onto a cocoa tree. At first, I thought it was a grasshopper, but when I got closer to it, I realized that it was actually a cricket.

Its body shape is not very different from a typical grasshopper. It has four front legs and two large hind legs that it often uses for jumping. The difference starts to become noticeable when we look at its two very long antennae. This insect has a very beautiful color, which is yellowish-brown. This color makes it very easy to spot when it is resting on green grass or leaves, but it can easily camouflage itself on the ground or on tree branches. When I found this insect, I started capturing its beauty using a macro lens. It did not fly away, which made it easier for me to photograph its beauty.

The population of this insect is also relatively stable in my area, so we can easily find them. This insect is also one of the main enemies of farmers because they can damage various types of crops.
Okay friends, now I will share some pictures of this insect here.
