God's perfect timing does two things: It grows our faith as we are forced to wait and trust in God and it makes certain that He, and He alone, gets the glory and praise for pulling us through. "My times are in Your hands ..." Psalm 31:15. At the right time, God will provide your need.
God also in His word said that we should delight ourselves in Him and He will give us the desires and inheritance of our heart. When we delight ourselves in God,his Kingdom and his will surely we will become the light that goeth forth,He surely make us to lie down in greener pastures.
So there fore God's timing is perfected when we delight ourselves in Him, and also his word in us. See scripture reference Ps 37 vs 4-9.
