On Steemit they have a SteemJapan community and an account that votes on Japan related articles. The community is not that big, but consistent and at least alive. Maybe somethings like that could work on Hive as well. About the name, I guess it should include the word "Japan", so everyone knows what it is for. But some historical figure would be quite cool too. I will give it another thought later :)
