I was playing around with sharex last night and it has some decent border options. I was kinda inspired by your pictures and border design so I wanted to find something nice for myself as well. However,

I have photoshop on my smartphone. But not a windows version yet. I guess making them on a PC is much better and easier. Will check for some more programs later...
