A very brisk walk and I managed to keep up an average speed of 5.6 kph. Minimum heart rate was 121 and max 142 during the 40 minutes that I walked. A mix of both short jogs and walk actually. I got into the anaerobic zone at 142. I believe VO2 Max begins at 147 but I have not touched it for some time.
