To those who read blog posts on Hive I would assume that they are more inclined to accepting the idea of investing in digital currency. However there
are countless other people who do not read blog posts let alone use Hive. Those tend to never want to take on investing in digital currency. With that said the following project intrigued me a lot. It is an asset wealth management team that helps investors in digital currency investing and has some really nice stable coin yields.
Investment Yields!!!
The program offers 12% yield in BTC and ETH. On top they also provide stable coins DAI, USDT, and USDC at 18%. The caveat is the digital assets have to be locked for a fixed amount of time. The BTC and ETH yields are definitely getting my attention.
The platform is yield.app
It has its own native token that when staked will boost investor's yields on their principal digital currency holdings.
In addition to staking their native tokens there are incentives and services the project provides based on the amount staked.
The platform currently holdings is in snapshot shown above. Investors basically provide the the assets into Yield.app and in return are promised the yields offered by the project. This reminds me a lot of the buy and walk away method while letting someone else do the investing.
The investment team on yield.app appears will do the work and all the investors have to provide their cryptocurrency assets to the team. This is similar to financial planners in America. For high net worth individuals they may provide their assets to a team of financial planners/managers to find ways to best earn yields on their holdings. The end result is hopefully having more assets in the form of fiat currency at the end of each year.
Conclusions
Yield.app is where financial planners invest other people's money to earn more by using digital assets. While what we are most common to is having financial planners invest money to earn more through conventional means such as stock and bond investments. Digit assets is something new to investing and Yield.app is one of the first I have seen that is doing this.
The company is based in Estonia and is under some form of digital currency regulations. The site is translated into multiple languages from English to Chinese. The minimum to participate in their platform is $100. The next time I see someone who wishes to invest in cryptocurrency but not wanting to do it themselves then showing them Yield.app is a good option.
