Today there was a New Year's Eve tournament where 
@aggroed setup a 2 million DEC campaign! I did not far well in the tournament and was struck down in the second round 馃槩. Unfazed by the defeat I participated in the daily quest and played several battles after quest. As the new season has begun something about the DEC reward payouts for winning matched seemed a little higher than previous seasons. I wonder if the 2 million DEC prize payout and new season has anything to do with the recent DEC price drop?

Nearly a 20% drop from weekly high! The fall seems to continue unabated.
