Gambling follows where the cash flow is nowadays than past. I have notice this trend since the slide of Atlantic City. People don't go to casinos automatically as much unless it is conveniently close to them. Now casinos are chasing those same people by bringing the games to their neighborhood. Florida is massive in the retirement sector, there are a ton of people flooded with big net worth. Definitely an opportunity to get in for casinos. Thanks.
