I have not accumulated enough Foundations packs this month to be willing to sell in bulk. I typically have a dozen or more in a month and I tend to sell them for DEC staking. As of this August since I am not as active I have only 3 packs. With this amount I will not be getting a lot of DEC if I sell on the market but I could be able to pull some nice cards if I open them.
One of my thoughts on holding Splinterlands assets without earning anything is not ideal. Case in point my Nightmare packs have now pretty much turned worthless. I can open the cards and try to sell individually to recoup some cost but even that is dyer to say the least.
Holding items hoping they will appreciate is a okay plan but when it does not work out I got to find an alternate plan. Holding too long I would not get to use the items effectively such as in Nightmare packs as the game is no longer being updated and holding those specific assets are not going to yield and amount.
On the other hand I can try my luck and see what I can pull out of the packs now.
A decent pull where I got one gold foil common and five rares out of three packs.
Just the gold foil pack alone at current market prices if sold can yield me two Foundation packs so all in all I think its a win win. Now to ponder if I do get proceeds from cards pulled should I swap for more packs?
