As the past few days DEC in terms of Hive has been near a monthly high if not yearly. We had drop in price prior when DEC par value simply went straight down. The main cause of this price drop is likely due to increase DEC in circulation.
The overall supply of DEC has shrank nearly 10% in the past two months. Meanwhile the price of Hive has also weaken since. My decision to invest into Hive is in diversifying my assets not just in Splinterlands. For transparency I am still heavily invested in the game such as my SPS staked continues to be in top 1,000.
I do not know if this is a all time low for Hive but will slowly accumulate HP to hit a target of 50k. Meanwhile playing Splinterlands rank battles to stack SPS, Glint and reward cards.
