Dear I say I have some complaints toward the game? Not really. Instead more of me just yapping away on a game I play literally daily. Here is my a day in life of me with Splinterlands.
I purchased 4 cases and open them today. Picked up my second Legendary Larissa Kerato. I need a third one to get to level 2.
Overall my Gladius collection is now over 21k CP which is close to 3% of my overall CP! I now wonder if there will be a time where my Gladius would exceed 10% of my overall collection, lol.
Yesterday I exceed playing over my limit of 20 matches since it was a Friday and I had more alone time. I went as far as using my capture rate below 50% and not realizing once I hit below that threshold my capture rate immediately depletes at a 5% rate per a match. Essentially I need 4 days to recoup my ECR. I fully understand why the game made this adjustment to limit bots farming, but because I was unaware of the change I now suffer the consequences of over playing the game.
All the battles I could play were guild battles and event battles. For guild I came out way short of my all time best with 3 wins and 6 losses. This lead me to being second from the worse in performance with my guild. However my guild has such great players that even with my poor performance the group manage to come in first for the brawl.
I had not played in events for over a year and to partake in one that started yesterday tells you how desperate I wanted to play. In the end I lost in the first round with a record of 2 W and 8 L. Yet it appears I will end up with a 43 rank which results in a reward of 12 SPS. I consider it not bad at all with me only having to put in 5 SPS. I may continue to partake in more events to see if I can earn more SPS just for participation, lol.
With no rank battles for me I spent some time looking through the open market to see if there were card deals to be had.
Went with some cheap chaos cards and for just under $100 I grabbed 8 max level cards.
This brings my Chaos cards total over 100k CP, but it is not technically me owning 1/3 of the Chaos set as I have multiple duplicates. In any case I am thrilled to have more cards as I continue to grow my collection.
