Govt. of Bangladesh is not happy with CAB (Citizenship Ammendment Bill) passed by Govt. of India. Bangladesh Govt. wanted not to be clubbed together with Afghanistan and Pakistan through this bill.
As a result of that, it is speculated that Bangladesh Foreign minister AK Abdul Momen has cancelled the program of visit to India. Though he claimed that he had to cancel the program due to attend the program scheduled on 16th December, the victory day of Bangladesh.
