This article contains a brief explanation of the Russia hacking and my opinion on Putin's election strategy.

Particularly this article is meant for those of you that may watch the news occasionally, but do not have the time to study all the aspects of the Russian hacking topic.

To start off let's cover some facts:

1. The DNC email data was released on Wikileaks just prior to the DNC primary convention.

What was leaked?

a. Democrat party had selected Hillary Clinton and were bias against Bernie Sanders, they created fake news stories about Bernie Sanders, restricted his access to vital data, leaked debate questions to Hillary Clinton through contacts in the media, etc...

b. The Democrat party loyal to Hillary Clinton made racist, anti-Semitic and anti-Catholic remarks

c. There were strange references to devil worship

2. John Podesta's email we released on Wikileaks after Podesta was dupped into giving away his password (interestingly his password was "password") when he fell for a phishing scam email.

What was leaked?

a. John Podesta was in collusion with nearly every mainstream media outlet in the country, running fake news and extremely bias news to promote Hillary Clinton. (This is what people refer to when they say the "Clinton Machine")

b. Clinton's campaign team deeply disliked Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton. (AKA Hillary is not intelligent enough and Chelsea is too honest)

c. Clear examples of "pay for play" were uncovered.

d. Obama knew about the private (secret) server of Hillary Clinton and sent her emails on it.

e. John Podesta and his brother have a code language they use regarding "pizza" and "hotdogs" that is eerily similar to the code language found used by past pedophile rings discovered and arrested.

Ok now that we have an 'ok' picture of the solid facts, let's dive into some of the looser facts that give us the ability to make assumptions and create some theories of our own.

The DNC convention was in late July and that is when the DNC leaks were released on Wikileaks. Less than one month later a DNC staffer that had access to all the DNC data that was given to Wikileaks turned up dead. Seth Rich was shot in the back in the early hours of the morning while in Washington DC. The police classified the death as a robbery attempt, though nothing was missing from the body. Seth had his wallet, phone and watch still on his person. A short time later a lobbyist working for the GOP offered a $100,000 reward for information on the murder and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murder. Julian Assange never said Seth Rich leaked this data to him, but it's very suspicious that there would be this interest in Seth's death. This information gives us a vital clue as to who leaked the DNC information.

The Podesta files as said earlier were obtained through a phishing scam, this is fact and can be seen in the Wikileaks emails. Phishing scammers number in the thousands if not the millions, and could literally be anyone. My assumption is that the scammer hit the jackpot so to speak and sold this information to Wikileaks. Now they may have got a better price selling it to a government (and maybe even did that too), but many "hackers" have a fondness for Wikileaks and would take a lower price knowing that the information would be released and their identity protected.

The main question now is where does Russia come in? Well that's the interesting part, the Russian government actually hacks into our systems more than you think. The United States could point this out at anytime, they merely chose to point it out when it was politically convenient. Personally I don't doubt that Russia hacked the DNC, they probably hacked the RNC and Hillary Clinton's private server too. The part we are being told that doesn't make any sense though, is that they would give the information to Wikileaks. Putin has no love for Wikileaks, otherwise Assange would be in Russia not a 10x10 ft room in a third world country's embassy in London. There are far better ways for Putin to release the data, that would get better traction in the mainstream media. No Putin would hold onto the information for save keeping in his little black box, only to be opened when the United States pushed an agenda Putin disliked. Since all this information hurt Hillary Clinton, Putin clearly needed her to win to use his leverage. Unfortunately for Putin, who thought he had a sure thing with Clinton, forewent the hedge and doubled down on his bet.

Putin showed President-Elect Trump respect all through the election process, but in his own country and on his state run television he pushed a narrative that if Trump lost, Hillary Clinton would push for war against Russia. Now let me explain what this means; Russia is having moral issues, the best way to bring people together is to have a common enemy, Putin thought Clinton would win, so he wanted to position himself as the leader that wanted Trump to win, because he wants peace more than anything, but in reality he wanted Clinton to win so the U.S. could be the big bad enemy and Putin could further his push to rebuild the old USSR.

President-Elect Donald Trump winning puts Putin in a very difficult spot, because all his people think he likes Trump and with Trump Russia and America will finally be allies. So Putin can't just come out and say the United States is evil, because the White Knight Trump is in charge now. Putin also cannot allow an alliance between the United States and Russia, because then his people will start asking questions about why life isn't improving for Russians. This scenario was the worst scenario possible for Putin. Putin has two options he can double down again, betting that the CIA, McCain and Graham achieve the warmongering mission to get the Baltic states to confront Russia or Putin can make the new enemy ISIS and join Trump in defeating terrorism.
