Hello Hivers 💕💞,

This is one of the best green vegetable I have ever planted in the past few years and up to this present time in the sense that it has so much advantage and importance it does to the body system. The plantain of this particular green vegetable is not too hard but it involves being patience when you plant it. The survival rate is 50/50 chances.

I learnt more about this green vegetable called fluted pumpkin even when I went to see it my mother-in-law's grandma who happened to be a farmer as well. She planted this fluted pumpkin several years ago although the creativity wasn't to open so I decided to visit her and I came back being educated even more than what I already know. It is a very good thing when you have a listening ear, it will boost so much into your lifestyle everyday living. This and many more we are lacking this time around we call it computer age. We the youth absolutely thinks we already know everything but when you seek practical knowledge from old age parents you know more about how things were being done in their own time and you keeping your creative mind to plant your own seed and build your own garden or Farm.

I decided to learn from her because it was one of my best moment visiting her and also meeting her on the farm. I used the opportunity to learn how to plant this fluted pumpkin because it has the head and the tail so if care is not taken you miss position the head for the tail and it will just go dry off which invariably your time and your precious hard work we go in vain.

We talk about the plant itself I could remember when I decided to plant the seed which I bought so many months ago. The fluted pumpkin has the very big fruit pod that consist of the seed. The seed can be up to 70 pieces depending on how big the fruit pod is at the time of Harvest. So I planted the seed and it started germinating at day 10. Which I eventually planted the seed inside a polythene bag and it serves as nursery bed which I always go there to wet every 2 days interval. So they see it started growing and after 3 weeks of plantain inside the polythene bag I decided to transfer and transplant it to this big Sack which I call a mobile bed.

What i learnt about the vegetable is that it also has the Way You are waste or you fetch the leaf or hairs the whole plant we get dried off when you decide to have a harvest or fetch the leave so as for you cook it and consume it the harvesting needs to be at interval. When you cut One leaf, you leave another leaf and you cut the next one. Likewise weeding of the Fluted Pumpkin Vegetable is highly necessary and important to improve its growth and development within a short period of time.

WEEDING:

Weeding is a very great technique to reduce weed competition and most especially when you Plant your crop inside a mobile seedbed. There are always more weed competition within few weeks.

Aside just eating this particular plant, it gives a slight protein in addition to the body system which makes it more recommended for pregnant women and also adults. It also reduces or remove kidney stones when it is consume regularly.
