Any place where he carries himself as an innocent good guy, interacting with the community as normal, in my opinion is the time and place to leave a response to him as a bit of a "tag," to inform those who don't know and may perceive him as a benign member of the community with good intentions. This guy is everywhere physically, at all the conventions, tons of meet ups, many in real life communities globally, etc. Putting a face to the name is important. Not everyone reads 3 year old blog posts of mine from Steem, so I think it's wise (and fulfilling) to allow people to put a face to the name, especially in posts where many decent sized stake holders have replied and interacted with.
