Practice on Tenths and Hundredths

In this post you will find worksheets on basic decimals. Kids will get a chance to recognize and distinct tenths and hundredths. The basic understanding is of number of decimal places. For tenths there is only one decimal place (next to decimal) and for hundredths there has to be two decimal places. For example; we write 6 tenths as 0.6 but 6 hundredths as 0.06.

Note that in 6 hundredths there is zero tenths. Also we write 13 hundredths as 0.13 which is actually 1 tenths and 3 hundredths.
