Simple Subtraction Worksheets for Kids

In this post you will find two very simple worksheets on subtraction. The first worksheet involves problems asking to subtract one-digit number from a two-digit number (without carrying). Second worksheet is on subtracting a two-digit number from another two-digit number (without carrying or regrouping). Both are very simple worksheets on subtraction and suitable for 2nd graders.

If you want to introduce the concept of subtraction to your kids there are many hands on activities such as play dough smashing, play subtraction "War" or using candy cans to subtract.

Following worksheets are for the kids who have learned the basic idea of subtraction and are ready to do some metal subtraction practice.
