RE: Fascinating how spider feeds on cockroach.
That's a huntman spider right? Those guys are creepy as hell. But actually they very don't-mind-me kinda spiders. If you make a loud noise they will just run away in the opposite direction of the sound

RE: Venomous Snakes with no Fatal Threat to Humans
That is interesting long nosed vine snake have a horizontal iris. Preditors usually have a vertical iris because it allows them to focus better on their target. For example goats have a horizontal iris

That was nice read :3 With comparing DNA is wonder if a weighted approach is more insightful as certain parts of are more meaningful than others when comparing one species to the other.

RE: Oil Well Drilling Problems: Sticking of Pipe
One of my former colleagues in the applied half of my analysis group was working on problems related to this. It is quite remarkable that some of these problems are so advanced that you need advanced modelling

RE: Artificial Intelligence (A.I) is set to Revolutionize Biology!
There is a subtle nuance here/ DL/ML techniques don't make the pattern explicit. They identify the statistic but don't identify the causation. Without the causation part each topic down here would be worthy

RE: Artificial Intelligence (A.I) is set to Revolutionize Biology!
neural networks are essentially statistical models. So they find statistical patterns and cannot find causal patterns. We need a new type of algos to resolve this problem

Well if you use an open case, there is no boundary between your computer and the universe. Technically, your case is the universe.
