How to calculate your smartphone battery capacity.
Let's calculate that smartphone battery Life with a simple equation. Lets use the 4000mAh for example.
4000mAh=(4000)(mA)h. Is the equation take note.
mAh means milli-Ampere/hour.
Ampere is a unit of current why milliAmpere is a smaller unit of current. ( i.e mA=Ampere/1000) h=hour.
Current=charge/time.
Therefore, charge=current (in milliAmpere). time( in an hour).
The equation represents the charging capacity, so now 4000mAh it means it can supply 4000mAh current for only one hour that is for an hour or 8000mA for half an hour or 400mA for ten (10) hours and so on.
Let's see how that smartphone battery Life with a simple equation. Let's use the 4000mAh for example. to zero, current drawn multiply by hour should be (=) equal to 4000mAh, let's take for example if your apparat which is your smartphone draws a current of 200mAh, that means it will last for 4000mAh/200mA=20 hours or if your smartphone draw "X" mA current from this case your 4000mAh battery will last for (4000mAh/XmA) hour(s). In some condition a smartphone in a flight mode with screen off might draw a current of approximately 15mA/20mA it depends, so let's say 20mA cause this is common with most smartphones, so your smartphone will for last 4000/20=200 hours, but if with brightness with standby use of your data (4G) it might draw a current of like 350mA then the battery will last for just 4000mA/350=11+hours.
