A late arrival paired with crossing a rickety suspension bridge while a torrent of rainfall drenched me from head to toe and I find myself in my next destination!
Bukit Lawang is a sought after travelers destination because the immense jungle that surrounds the small village. Most come to trek through the jungle with the hopes of catching sight of a wild orangutan whilst out on their adventure but my main intention was to see the village itself among the natural glory.
Come along and get a glimpse into my first day in this beautiful location.
