Cuba is not famous for sugar and tobacco only . Cubans are also famous for their medicine . Despite sanctions and isolation they managed to develop some breakthrough medical treatments for some deadly diseases . Including lung cancer vaccine that is now being used all over the world .
I guess Havana locals are in love with medicine so much, they even created street art in honor of their medical achievements .
