Steemit! It's fig season in North Africa. I frequently eat dried figs. Delicious! It's rare, however, in today's world that something is only available for a short time. The fig doesn't keep well, it doesn't ship well, many grocery stores don't carry them, and it has a short fruiting season. But ahhhhh what a wonderful rare delicious treat the fresh fig is!
