The solitary Christmas gift
If you could gift only one thing to only one person, who would it be, what's the gift, and why? (Your family are excluded from this answer). Festive seasons appear annually in the calendar. We try to make these days worthwhile, fun and enjoyable. Most times, we might not have all the items to make it a fun filled celebration but regardless it doesn't mean that we should let it be a wasted New year, Easter or Christmas,etc.
Different ways can make one of these days a fun and fulfilling day. Gifting someone a present, having fun and exciting events with family and friends.
who would it be, what's the gift, and why?
Gift items can come in any form. So the only person I will be gifting this Christmas will be my girlfriend. She is so dear to me and her hard working spirit inspires me a lot and makes me love her like I'm a guy. Most times I tease her with this "God don create you man finish" (Nigeria Pidgin) and she will laugh and say "God doesn't make mistakes, he created me a female for purpose".
So, the gift I will be surprising this babe with will be a massage and relaxation treat for the two of us. I remember countless times, I would invite her to come for spa treat day and she would object and if I asked her what her reasons were she would refuse to say. But what surprises me is she will always tell close friends, including me, that she needs a massage. I will recommend professional home service massage and she will say no to the idea.
So, I want to surprise her with a home service massage. I believe it is something she needs and loves but her personal reasons won't let her go. With me being the sponsor, I am certain she will appreciate the gift wholeheartedly. She has been singing "I need massage" due to the nature of work she does, how strenuous, time consuming and demanding it is.
I have made an arrangement with a masseuse who will come on Sunday evening preferably after Christmas bustles, chilling, outing and enjoyment. We both will get a full massage and use the remaining hours to sleep. I actually went for a full body workout for an hour.
I booked two slots for a full body massage at Christmas discount rate. I believe this 60 minute massage will help relieve us and mostly her of stress and pain stock up in her all these while. I just feel it is more like a hill of splendor. I can offer her a gift for this festive period as it will help her forget work and enjoy the soothing and relaxing feeling of calmness and relaxation that accompanies massage .
