They have money to buy weapons to give it to terrorists to kill other people in other countries but they don't have a small amount of that same money to finance their own healthcare, welfare, education or even basic infrastructure like the water crisis in Flint, Michigan as I am told by a relative who migrated to Michigan, she told me this story is still there for several years and they are saying there's no funding for it!
