What I don't understand is the close relations between Russia and Turkey (and Israel) when it is Russia who approved the Turkish invasion in northern Syria in the first place, Iran also approved that, and they guaranteed that Turkey will disarm Al Qaeda terrorists and withdraw once the Syrian army goes north, not to bomb the Syrian army and arm the terrorists more and take more land, what does guarantee mean?
