Hello @rousville , all what you write is nothing but the truth. We should not be controlled by our emotions expecially when it comes to bad will emotions.

We should always be happy so as to overcome our emotions, it might be emotion for the Lost of job, for lost of lost of loved one's not achieving what you're ought to achieve.

Even if the world does not believe in ourself, weather should believe in ourself and always have reason to smile.
