About the child with a cell phone, I can see that's he's so engrossed with it , that he's not aware of what is happening in his vicinity, that's one of the bad effects of a small child using a cell phone , they are carried away easily , and gradually, they will be exposed with different kind of things through social media... it's important to monitor children while they are with cell phone.
