I really think Covid-19 has made people all over the world open their eyes and see the problems that exist in society and with governments and politics. Sadly, sometimes it takes a horrible event to make us see the inequalities that exist. You gotta have hope though maybe people who survived will keep the memories and will try to change things in the future.
