detach ones emotions from price actions

I had to discipline myself to stop checking price action of BTC on binance because it got to one point I just can't stay 5mins without checking the price action, even without holding any BTC I know it will affect other alts too in the process. I finally found peace when I stopped looking , sometimes I don't even know where hive is until I read in someone's post.

how low can we actually go?!

I guess no one can really answer this but I'm sure hive is ready for whatever happens.

Reason for the dip is not just one factor from where I see it and I'm positive we'll survive at the end of the day.
