Ayer fue un día bastante movido y especial porque le celebramos el cumpleaños a mi primo, casi que minhermano❤️
Es ya como una tradición celebrar la fiesta con alguna temática, y este año, fue de pinturas (mi primo pinta hermoso), y de Pictionary, el cual es un juego de mesa en donde debes adivinar un objeto, animal, persona, acción; a través de dibujos o mímica. Por eso la torta representa el amor de mi primo por la pintura, la cual estaba preciosa y deliciosa, hecha por una querida Hiver que vive acá en Antofagasta❤️
Pero mi mayor labor fue crear todos los pasapalos que se iban a servir durante toda la noche, y de verdad que fue un desafío. Agotador pero gratificante. Todos estaban encantados con la comida y me felicitaron bastante🥹❤️👩🏾🍳
Hice una serie de pasapalos venezolanos como crema de ajo y tártara, serpentinas, tequeños, bolitas de pescado y de carne. Todo con mucho amor y dedicación.
Así que en resumen, fue un día en donde logramos crear un momento maravilloso, lleno de risas y sabores de infancia.

Yesterday was quite a busy and special day because we celebrated my cousin's birthday, who is more like my brother❤️.
It is already a tradition to celebrate our birthdays with a theme, and this year, it was about paintings (my cousin paints beautifully), and Pictionary, which is a board game where you have to guess an object, animal, person, action; through drawings or mimicry. So the cake represents my cousin's love for painting, which was beautiful and delicious, made by a dear and talented Hiver, Zulay, who lives here at Antofagasta, ❤️.
But my biggest task was to create all the appetizers that were going to be served throughout the night, and it was really a challenge. Exhausting but rewarding. Everyone was thrilled with the food and complimented me quite a bit🥹❤️👩🏾🍳
I made a series of Venezuelan appetizers such as garlic cream and tártara dip, serpentines, tequeños, fish and meat balls. All with a lot of love and dedication.
So in short, it was a day where we managed to create a wonderful moment, full of laughter and childhood flavors.
