"Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord."(Romans 12:11 NIV)
Dear Brothers and Sisters, we should not forget that our reward from God is our eagerness to serve our God Almighty from our heart. If we do not relent on our effort to serve God, much blessings will be on our side in all our days.
In our societies where Servants are employed to stay with rich men, they are dully rewarded from their efforts to serve their Masters. Those Servants who work with no seriousness are rewarded small.
We have been called by our Master; God to worship and proclaim his name for those who do not have him in his heart. We were not brought unto this earth just by a mere incidence or mistake bit we were brought unto this earth with a purpose.
Our mission of being here should be fulfilled. God created us with much love, and even that He also served us by providing us with what can sustain us in this living, shelter, food and protection. If God has offered us with all these necessities in our lives.
We should also give back to God by serving him. There are so many things God anticipate us to do in this service; the service to mankind and the service to God. But, many of us forget rendering our services to our neighbours or they do not see any reasons of serving their neighbours. However, Jesus Christ once told us that, in as much as we serve our Brothers and Sisters, we serve God.
In this case, should we say that our services are seen in two folds; the service of mankind and the service to God. As much as we serve our Brothers we serve our God Almighty.
Let us serve our God and neighbours so that we will also be served by our God Almighty. These services from God are seen in many ways: blessings, protection and many other things.
