A walk with closed eyes
Expecting reflection that of a mirror
Reflection that never lies
Built in stronghold of regard
Just like a shattered glass
With regrets unattached
Ignoring the kinds of innocent heart
Ignorance built on high hill
Grimped with severe fear & expectations
Seeking the path which is right
Right path, harder than one thinks
More confused than it seems
Built in harshly haste
A decision not sure of what it holds
Hoping on time to reveal the piece
Piece possibly torn to pieces
A walk with closed eyes
Expecting the truth unaltered
Shatter with a gray-white lies
Unable to find it's base again
Have you ever pondered why people entrust you with their lives? Do you believe you are deserving of such trust? These are the kinds of questions we should ask ourselves before jeopardizing the trust of others. People that have faith in you do so because they admire you. Great friendships, relationships, and even business collaborations are built on trust. Once trust is lost, it can never be re-established in the same way. Before you consider about betraying someone's trust, keep in mind that trust isn't granted to you because you deserve it; it's a gift given to you with the expectation that you would perform better.
