Good morning community. Last weekend the "Horse Festival" was celebrated in my town. Every year this animal companion is commemorated in the tasks of the Argentine gaucho. It began on Thursday night with the lighting of bonfires. On Friday I went with my daughters to eat at one of these stoves and we visited the different stands where some sell handmade things and others do not. I bought boxes of alfajores. Then later I went out to tour the fair with my husband. On Sunday the parade took place, it begins with typical dances and then the horses from different towns in the province of Buenos Aires begin to parade.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights there are live shows by folk groups. Beautiful weekend and luckily the weather was good. A new horse festival was held in my town. We will hope for the next one, next year, to have as good a time as this one was.
