If I Become a Superstar, These Two Hivers Are Coming With Me! LOH#310

Well, I smiled immediately I saw this topic, and you can guess why, because I'm not a good singer or someone with a melodious voice. Well, that's just it. But then, I'm sure a lot of us have had a moment like that when we're in the bathroom singing as we do our thing, and in the bathroom, you don't just feel like the biggest musician; you become it. At that point, you're the best. I remember holding my body wash the other day like a microphone and singing in the bathroom while I kept dancing and swinging my sponge over my head as if I were on a stage where thousands of people had paid to watch me... 😂

Now, if I ever become a famous musician, I would go for afrobeat. Afrobeat still happens to be the best for me; I love the energy it contains and how it can lighten up one's mood. You know, I love the idea of making music that people can dance to, one that even people passing by can't help but nod to and sing along with, and would keep ringing in their heads long after you've heard it. That to me is special music, and that is why I love Afrobeat, but then, I wouldn't mind adding a little bit of R&B to it.

And then to whom I will be bringing on board, because as you all know, every superstar needs a good team, and as a superstar, the two hivers I would have beside me would be @zali.bee and @afrikens.

These aren't prompts to actually talk about both of them, but then I would like to appreciate them, two sets of people that I love and admire so much. Very amazing singers, and I won't deny that I enjoy listening to them. Each time I view @afrikens status I'd see her post the different music ministrations she's gone for, and it is always soul-lifting with her wonderful voice, and @zali.bee, honestly, her voice is just too given; you don't even need to argue about it. That lady is going places; a short message and encouragement to you that you should keep going. So, those are the two hivers I would have on my team. Having them on my team would mean more than having talented people with me, but more about being on stage and in a team with people that I truly admire.

I would love to conclude here, and I'm already imagining us recording songs, signing deals, and making beautiful songs together. And even though it is starting out as a bathroom dream, who knows, maybe I can or will find myself on the stage someday, making/turning this imagination into reality. Until then, I will keep doing my thing in the bathroom.
