Un espantapájaros
me está mirando,
la lengua me ha sacado,
y quieto se ha quedado.
A scarecrow is looking at me, its tongue has stuck out at me and he stands still.
Luego da tres pasos,
gira su cabeza al lado,
ya ni me está mirando,
¿será que quiere comer algo?

Una galleta le entrego,
sobre la tierra la dejo
y después de un tiempo,
mi mirada se pierde un momento
y cuando regreso,
el espantapájaros se ha ido,
dejando la galleta en aquel palito
con la misma mirada,
tomando su lugar,
como un espantapájaros,
de forma redondeada.
