Confección de Leggins Deportiva 🪡🧵❤️ [esp/eng]

Deseo que este mes venga cargado de bendiciones para todos 🥰, siempre debemos mantener actividad física para mantenernos saludables, y que mejor que hacer nuestra propia ropa deportiva y lucir orgullosos nuestros proyectos de costura, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la confección de una Leggins deportiva, ven y te comparto el paso a paso:

And what better way to do it than by making our own activewear and proudly showing off our sewing projects? Today I want to share with you how to make some activewear leggings. Come and I'll share the step-by-step instructions:

En las mañanas luego de llevar a mis hijos a sus actividades de estudio me gusta detenerme en un sitio cerca de mi hogar el cual es especial para caminar y hacer un poco de ejercicios, para hacer ejercicios me gusta usar Leggins ya que son más cómodas, las leggings que ya tengo están un poco gastadas y actualmente la ropa deportiva me resulta demasiado costosa, así que me fui hasta la tienda de telas a conseguir alguna tela apropiada para hacer unas Leggins, tuve la gran suerte de conseguir una tela llamada cotufa la cual tiene un precio de 1,5 $ por metro, mi presupuesto me alcanzó para llevar de dos tonos diferentes, así que manos a la obra, aquí les dejo la lista de materiales a utilizar:

• 1,25m de tela elástica
• elástico de 1cm de grosor
• tijeras
• Máquina de coser

In the mornings, after taking my children to their school activities, I like to stop at a special place near my home to walk and get some exercise. To exercise, I like to wear leggings because they're more comfortable. The leggings I have are a little worn, and currently, activewear is too expensive for me. So, I went to the fabric store to find some appropriate fabric to make leggings. I was very lucky to find a fabric called cotufa, which costs $1.50 per meter. My budget was enough to buy two different shades. So, let's get to work. Here's the list of materials I'll need:

• 1.25 meters of stretch fabric
• 1 cm thick elastic
• Scissors
• Sewing machine

Vamos a comenzar dibujando la parte de atrás de la Leggins, colocamos nuestra tela doble y dibujamos de la orilla hacia adentro, para esto vamos a utilizar una Leggins de nuestro uso la cual nos guste y copiamos su modelo, luego de dibujar la parte de atrás podemos cortar de una vez y luego dibujamos la parte delantera, no le voy a hacer ninguna modificación ya que la talla de esta Leggins para mí es perfecta, la cintura la vamos a cortar en cuatro partes, esta llevará elástico en la orilla superior.

We are going to start by drawing the back of the leggings, we place our double fabric and draw from the edge inwards, for this we are going to use a pair of leggings that we like and copy its model, after drawing the back we can cut it at once and then draw the front, I am not going to make any modifications since the size of these leggings is perfect for me, We are going to cut the waist into four parts, and it will have elastic on the top edge.

Para el siguiente paso vamos a comenzar con las costuras, primero comenzaremos uniendo por el tiro delantero y el tiro de atrás, para esto voy a pasar Overlook, luego le paso una costura recta para reforzar, luego vamos a unir por los laterales y el entrepierna, igual hacemos el mismo procedimiento pasamos Overlook y luego costura recta, si no tienes Overlook puedes hacerle la costura de zig zag la cual también quedaba bastante bien

For the next step we will start with the seams, first we will start joining the front and back rise, for this I will do Overlook, then I will do a straight seam to reinforce, then we will join the sides and the crotch, we also do the same procedure we do Overlook and then straight seam, if you do not have Overlook you can do the zig zag seam which also looked quite good

En este paso vamos a armar la cintura de nuestra Leggins, vamos a comparar con la cintura de nuestro mono y cortamos el excedente de la tela que cortamos para la cintura, luego vamos a unir las piezas de dos en dos, luego vamos a juntarlas colocando elástico en la orilla superior por el lado del revés, luego volteamos y pasamos una costura por el lado derecho para fijar bien

In this step we are going to assemble the waist of our Leggings, we are going to compare it with the waist of our jumpsuit and cut the excess fabric that we cut for the waist, then we are going to join the pieces two by two, then we are going to join them by placing elastic on the upper edge on the wrong side, then we turn them over and sew a seam on the right side to fix it well

Una vez lista la cintura vamos a unirla a nuestro mono, hacemos pequeños piquetes en la parte del Centro de la pieza de la cintura y ubicamos en la parte central de la Leggins, vamos pasando costura de Overlookhasta completar toda la vuelta, Luego pasamos costura recta y para finalizar hacemos el ruedo y así ya está lista esta Leggins deportiva 😊

Once the waist is ready, we will join it to our jumpsuit, we make small notches in the center of the waist piece and place them in the central part of the leggings, we will sew the Overlook seam until completing the entire round, then we will sew a straight seam and finally we will hem the legs and this sports leggings is ready 😊
