How many cups of coffee is the right amount for you each day?

The short answer would be 3-5 cups a day! It'd depend on the length of my day 😌

It's midnight and I'm relaxed, petting George, my sister's handicapped gorgeous cat, while the moka pot does the job.

A curious fact about the amount of coffee I drink daily is that, lately, I've reduced the amount I pour in my cup. Up until a couple of months ago, I was drinking approximately 220 ml of coffee per cup. Now I'm fine with half that.

At the same time, I feel that caffeine has a stronger effect on me now. Maybe my inner coffee drinker is getting older, haha.
