One of the most common concerns of people is that, when they try to focus on a project at work, they are worried that what they are doing will not give them any significant results, generally, to get rid of this anxiety, people change the tasks, however, somehow, shortly after beginning your new task, you find the same concern.

Unfortunately, the result of all this is that people constantly jump between projects throughout the day and arrive at the end of the day without making much progress in any of their tasks, when you work with someone struggling with this problem, ask them to consider the possibility that they can not solve their problem by finding the right task to do, the feeling that this will not have results is latent in everything they do, almost as if it were part of the objective.

Becoming aware of this can be liberating, when we understand that the fear of not getting results is present in our lives, at least we can abandon our stressful search for the right project, when someone is willing to explore this issue deeply, it must stop for a moment every time you feel that the fear of not getting results is arising.

Discover the fear you feel, see where it lives in the body, perhaps in the throat, chest, stomach or elsewhere, see what it feels like, maybe a tension, heat, cold or something else, you will feel more comfortable, also, the more comfortable you feel with this concern, the less it will control your habits, you will be able to continue advancing in your tasks.
