These rituals or obsessive manias that tend to adhere to our behavior, especially when we have anxiety, stressful moments, there, is more frequent to have certain obsessive obsessive behaviors but that can greatly limit the life, hobbies and obsessive rituals that accompany us especially when we have anxiety after all we could include it within the obsessions that usually come hand in hand with the processes of anxiety, not only obsessive thoughts of negative type but also manias and behaviors that we have to constantly practice to feel comfortable because if we do not do it, it can bring bad luck, something bad can happen to us, etc.

Manias such as walking on a certain side of the sidewalk, like having to turn off the light several times before leaving home, see perfectly arranged pictures, finally obsessive behaviors that apparently sound absurd to other people's ears, but that can limit the quality of life of the sufferer, there are things that we have to keep in mind when we are developing or when we already have developed certain patterns of these behaviors or obsessive manias that come hand in hand with anxiety, to all those who suffer from it, first of all, the problem is identifying them, knowing exactly what is happening, how it is affecting them, when they appear most frequently.

Starting from that what we will start to do is try to fight against that mania that we have adopted in our behavior, little by little working on reducing it, if every day we turn off the light several times, well the next time before doing so let's anticipate consciously, knowing that this is a product of anxiety and thus trying to avoid it, in the same way that a person who is carrying out a diet to lose weight, has to resist when passing in front of an ice cream parlor , because we have to resist, we have to put our willpower, never cut it in a radical way, the radicals only bring results and rebound effects.

We must withdraw those manias because the only thing we are going to achieve if we do not do it is to develop new manias, if we do not work it the anxiety is generalized more and more with new fears, new thoughts, new obsessive manias, so if you have one or several and do not the work you surely end up developing further, are symptoms that are magnified as far as you allow, because it is you with your thought that you will give them more power or less power, the important thing is not to become slaves of them.
