The Dutch joined the sanctions. Then they bought as quickly as possible shitloads of Russian gas (against stupid prices thanks to the sanctions) so we would be sure to make it through the winter. Also if we had alternatives then why did our government declared in June the "first stage of a energy crisis?"

And an idea within 8 days is something else then having an actual alternative in 8 days.
