Who said i was looking at Russian media?

I spoke to a guy from Ukraine 2 years ago. He told me he couldnt work in his country cause "everybody was shooting."

I believe its more intense now but the people there are suffering for years now. I have a hard time believing all the footage i 've seen its staged made by Russian media.

Is this Russian media?

And can you confirm the translation due to the prior president speech in the first 30 seconds? Doesn't really seems like he was open for peace?
