We started this project at Citadel Church Camp in Queen City, Texas, not knowing what kind of problems we would run into. As you can see the pool was in pretty rough shape. There was plenty of floor work, wall work and required all new gaskets and covers. Our first issue was removal of the old water and debris. This was a painstaking process, pumping and shop vac. Luckily the weather was cooperating and things went smoothly on preperation.

After final preparations, it was time to install the new 27 mil heavy gauge 20 x 40 liner. The weather was great, and our work crew was on their game. In addition to the new liner, we installed new drain cover, new return jets, new step gasket, and new liner lock. The finished product turned out awesome.

We adjusted the water chemistry by lowering the Ph with muriatic acid. The pool was set up with a 40k Hayward Aquarite salt sytem which required 640 pounds of start up salt. 48 hours of circulating and the pool was ready for its first weekend function. I am really proud of our team on a job well done. The customer was extremely satisfied.
