Your claim was much stronger than mine as it was that HF21 has ruined Steem by causing a significant number of quality content creators to leave because their rewards have been cut significantly.
@exyle's voting CSI on SteemWorld looks like this:
Voting CSI 26.9 ( 0.00 % self, 342 upvotes, 251 accounts, last 7d )
No self-voting. 342 upvotes to 251 unique accounts during the last week.
Here are the outgoing votes of @exyle:
Here are yours:
Interestingly, it says this in the Steem Basic Income FAQ:
If you would like to get bigger upvotes on your posts, consider: 1 - Putting@steembasicincome on 100% auto upvotes to gain bonus weight.

This is hilarious. You go around wildly accusing @exyle and even people like
@acidyo of being circle jerkers while upvoting only
@steembasicincome to maximize your incoming SBI upvotes and one other account about three times less frequently. LOL
And to think you have the gall to accuse others of being circle jerkers...
Frankly, yours very close to being the shortest possible circle.
As for the upvotes I'm getting, I'm not going to complain to get more votes. The upvotes I'm getting are a function of my content as well as my active time on the platform having given my content exposure over time.
