Thanks for engaging,
No problem.
I see you have another misconception, that fact that you need a lot of money to pump SBD, well you probably not been watching the market, and the orderbook and the current supply.
That depends on what is "a lot".
Providing that its coordinated and the big players of SBD holding plays their part taking into account current supply on the orderbooks, less than 21 BTC gives us clears Bittrex and gives enough room providing SBD holders don't come marching in with orders enough time to kick start internal market which depending on witnesses validating the price feed.
Upbit has 86% of the trading volume.

The bolt of token like SBD hopefully can attract enough speculators, it used to be a favorite among Asian traders before they were flagged off the platform.
I guess something like that must have been attempted before. There have been several short-lived spikes in the price of SBD. The last big ones were in June 2018.
It isn't as hard as you think, just over 3.75 million is on Bittrex, and I suspect four to five account hold more than 50% of that supply, we have a similar distribution of SBD on the steem platform, providing that these accounts play they part, even less BTC is needed and let the knock on effect happen. Once folks see Steem and SBD moving, traders would take action as the 2017 rally bring back memories. Once we have the Steem supply under control, we can easily maintain price at a more favorable 2 to 2.50 USD range. This would help volume as more traders speculate on it.
Bittrex isn't enough. The volume on Bittrex is only about 6.5% of the total. If the price goes haywire on Bittrex, it will attract a large number of sellers quickly. Upbit is the place to attempt that.
I think the 2017 rally took place under different circumstances. We still have a lot of SBD left from the big rally and the altcoin market is still anemic unlike in December 2017.
But why not write a detailed post about this? Do your homework as carefully as you can. I just followed you. When I see your post, I'll resteem it. Some of my followers are influential and they might find it interesting. I can easily focus on the facts and the logic of an argument regardless of its emotional tone. But not everyone is like that. So, if you feel you have an axe to grind over this issue, I recommend that you do not allow it to show too much in the post.
